印度重工業(yè)部發(fā)布《電氣設備 (質量控制) 命令，2020》低壓開關設備和控制設備IS/IEC 60947系列4項產品特定指南。
該指南包括產品分組和抽樣與測試，以確保產品系列/范圍或分組的樣品數量最少。

印度MNRE發(fā)布《2025 太陽能系統(tǒng)、設備和組件商品命令》中太陽能光伏 (PV) 模塊、儲存電池以及光電逆變器的的實施指南
MNRE發(fā)布太陽能光伏 (PV) 模塊、儲存電池的以及光電逆變器的實施指南修訂標準及其細則。
主要亮點：
1) IS 14286 (第 1 部分): 2023 / IEC 61215-1: 2021
定義了 IS 14286 系列中包含的所有類型太陽能光電模塊的一般要求，作為整個系列的主要參考標準。
根據 MNRE 的新 QCO，太陽能光電模塊在標準測試條件 (STC) 下進行測試時必須滿足最低效率等級。因此，實驗室必須根據「模塊構造描述」下的 QCO 指定模塊的輸出 (以 W 為單位)、面積 (m2) 和計算效率 (以％為單位)。
2）IS 16270:2023
最大充電電流 I10A
包含鋰電池類型和其他電化學
納入鋰電池和電池組標準
納入長期容量
納入額定容量的容量需求
所有制造商必須在規(guī)定的時間內 (2025 年 7 月 27 日) 實施修訂后的標準和新的 QCO。
3) IS 16169 : 2014/ IEC 62116 : 2008
在現(xiàn)有標準 IS 16221 (第 2 部分): 2015/IEC 62109-2: 2011 中新增了 IS/IEC 61683: 1999 (測量效率的程序)
新準則的最后實施日期為2025年7月27日
光電系統(tǒng)的電源逆變器必須依照 IS/IEC 61683:1999 進行測試，并提供單獨的測試報告

馬來西亞發(fā)布電動車充電系統(tǒng) (EVCS) 指南GP/ST/No.54/2025。該指南描述以下內容：
1.a) 安裝電動車充電系統(tǒng)所需的手冊標準與規(guī)范；
2.b) 允許的充電器模式；
3.c) 需要合資格人員負責安裝 EVCS；
4.d) 對制造商、進口商、展示者、銷售者、廣告商的要求；和
5.e) 預防性維護程序。

TISI發(fā)布關于抽水馬桶的電動馬桶座圈必須符合泰國工業(yè)標準的法規(guī)草案
2025年3月13日，TISI發(fā)布抽水馬桶的電動馬桶座圈必須符合泰國工業(yè)標準的法規(guī)草案。該草案規(guī)定抽水馬桶的電動馬桶座圈必須符合泰國工業(yè)標準 TIS 60335 第 2(84)-2566(2023)《家用及類似用途電器 – 安全 – 第 2-84 部分: 衛(wèi)生間電器的特殊要求》。
該草案適用于抽水馬桶電動馬桶座圈和馬桶座蓋。

烏克蘭批準對《機械法規(guī)協(xié)調標準清單》進行修訂
此次修訂是為了與歐盟第 2024/1329 號決定保持一致。協(xié)調標準適用于潛在爆炸性環(huán)境中的爆炸預防和保護、雷射設備、控制系統(tǒng)的安全相關部件、塑料和橡膠制造機械、垃圾車、飛機地面支持設備、自行式工業(yè)貨車及其系統(tǒng)、電動自行車、冬季運動或旅游用傳送帶、步行控制貨車、用于榫接和成型的木工機械、農業(yè)和林業(yè)拖拉機、商用包裝設備、商用空調包裝設備、商用空調和手動設備。

越南提出電動車充電設備國家技術法規(guī)
該國家技術法規(guī)草案規(guī)定了用于為電動道路車輛充電的電動汽車傳導供電設備的安全要求，其額定供電電壓高達交流 1000 V 或直流 1500 V，額定輸出電壓高達交流 1000 V 或直流 1500 V。電動道路車輛 (EV) 包括所有道路車輛，包括插電式混合動力道路車輛 (PHEV)，其全部或部分能量來自車載可充電儲能系統(tǒng) (RESS)。該國家技術法規(guī)草案適用于在越南從事電動車供電設備生產、組裝、進口和貿易的組織和個人。
該草案正在征求意見。擬采用日期為2025年4月28日，擬實施日期為2025年6月15日。
